NOTIFICATION OF NANTA 46th AGM

Dear Members,

Notice is hereby given that the 46th Annual General Meeting of National
Association of Nigeria Travel Agencies (NANTA) will hold as follow:
 
Dates:  23th – 25th March, 2022.

Venue:  Amani Events Centre

PROGRAM: Programme of event will be forwarded to all members soon.
 
ACCOMMODATION:
We have negotiated room rates at designated hotels for our members as stated below:

OPTION 1 
BRISTOL PALACE HOTEL (Per Night = N40,000)
Registration/Accommodation & Feeding (full board) x 3 nights = N122, 500.00
Registration /Accommodation & feeding (full board) x 2 nights = N82, 500.00
 

OPTION 2 
CHILLA HOTEL (Per Night =N18,000)
Registration/Accommodation & Feeding (full board) x 3 nights = N56, 500.00
Registration /Accommodation & feeding (full board) x 2 nights = N38, 500.00
 
***Please, note that

·         The deadline for submission of payments is 28th February, 2022.

·         The secretariat will not be involved with room sharing. Members who wish to share rooms should make their personal arrangements with whom they would like to share with and pay the full room rates.

·         All 2020 payment for Hotel and Flight should be clarify at [email protected], before making further payment

N5, 000 (Non-Members)

All payments should be made to:

Please indicate the NAME OF YOUR AGENCY on the DEPOSIT SLIP.
Ensure that you bring the deposit slip to the AGM where you will exchange it for a payment receipt.
 
Meanwhile, the AGM planning committee is making arrangement with some local airlines for rebate ticket to enable members attend the AGM in large numbers.
 
More details about the AGM and update on rebate ticket will be communicated to all members as soon as possible, and same will be uploaded on Nanta Website.
