UPDATE ON NANTA’S 47TH AGM

Further to the notice of the 47th Annual General Meeting of National Association of Nigeria Travel Agencies (NANTA) scheduled to hold as follows:

 

Date: Thursday, 27th April 2023

 

Venue:  NICON Luxury Events Centre, Abuja

 

AGM THEME:


PROFESSIONALISM: A KEY TO SURVIVING AVIATION DOWNSTREAM TURBULENCE AND IT'S EXPLOITATIVE EFFECT


PROGRAM:


April 26 2023: Arrival of all Executive Council Members, other members, and guests. 


April 27, 2023 - AGM Presentations and Discussions. 


April 28, 2023 - Departure of delegates and invited guests.


AGM REGISTRATION FEE - (Compulsory)


Members - N5,000

Non-Members - N10,000


ACCOMMODATION:

We have negotiated room rates at a  designated hotel for our members as stated below:


NICON LUXURY HOTEL (Per Person, Per Night = N35,000)


Registration /Accommodation & breakfast x 1 night = N40,000


Registration /Accommodation & breakfast x 2 nights = N75,000

 

FLIGHTS:

We have negotiated a discounted rate with thus:


Air Peace - For members departing from PortHarcourt, Lagos, and Kano

Return Flight  (Airpeace)- N90,000



Overland - For members from Western Zone departing from Ibadan.

Return Flight (Overland) - N90,000

Please note the following:


1. The deadline for ticket and hotel accommodation payments is March 10, 2023.


2.  The secretariat will not be involved with room sharing. 


3. Members who wish to share rooms should make their personal arrangements with whom they would like to share with and pay the full room rates


4.  Extra breakfast cost of N5,000 will be payable to the hotel for those who share rooms.

 

Further details about the AGM and updates  will be communicated to all members as soon as they are available. The same details will be uploaded on the NANTA website.
